Our director, Jane Clarke, is a Chartered Engineer with over 20 years experience in the engineering industry primarily in the private sector with organisations such as ABB, DaimlerChrysler and Bombardier. Her experience in manufacturing, project management, marketing & sales enables her to consult on a wide range of issues such relating to strategic marketing, business development, market & communications strategies and process development.

Jane is also an Accredited Coach (with Distinction) with the Institute of Human Development and works with both companies and individuals to help them improve their performance and find a way through some of the barriers they may be facing - please see the coaching page for more details.

During her career she has developed a particular interest in bringing about change in organisations by implementing a combination of strategic focus, process improvements and team development. She will help organisations to develop their business objectives whilst being focussed on their overall strategic direction.
